Train Trestles

Train Trestle bridge over creek and rivers of small Oregon lumber towns.  A former reminder when timber provided a robust economy for town and state.  Trestles are still used in various locations however most have decayed or turned intowalking paths such as the Trestle below.

Train Trestle Bridge of Mill City, OR. Constructed in 1888 by the Phoenix Bridge Co. of California. The bridge is now used as a walking path over the North Santiam River.  ITEM#TT00012
